I’m very pleased with the excellent service I received for my leaking boiler. The team arrived exactly when they said they would and made every effort to fix the issue on the same day. Although they didn’t have the necessary parts at the time, they promptly ordered them and returned the very next day—just as promised. The repair was carried out efficiently and professionally, and my boiler has been working perfectly ever since. I was especially impressed when they also took the time to look at a separate issue I had with my dishwasher. Their willingness to go the extra mile really stood out.
