  The seal on my freezer door was worn and broken. He came and replaced it.

  Initially I had an idea that it was the seal that was the issue but I wasn't confident. From the beginning he was willing to analyse and confirm the issue via picture I gave him. He was approachable and clear with costs and the service he would provide. On the day he was friendly, he did the job quickly and explained what was wrong. Happily would hire this company again for future jobs.
