Stephen and Adam from 5 Start Roofing were absolutely brilliant despite the weather challenges. Arrived on time everyday and kept me informed of progress and any details that they had to investigate. Honest, trustworthy, reliable and thorough, would not hesitate to refer or use them again.

They replaced our dorma with a GRP roof and installed flashing down one side, and the result is a real work of art. When we had a small issue after heavy rain, Stephen was straight over to resolve it without any fuss. Couldn’t ask for better roofers – highly recommended! Will use this team again in future.

We had the slates on our roof replaced along with new felt and batten as well as complete roof insulation to current standards. Five Star Roofing staff were helpful, professional and trustworthy and the quality of work was excellent. They also gave excellent advice on how to blend the newer slates in with the age of the property (130 years' old) and left the site clean and tidy each day. The guys were also happy to help carry a few of the heavier boxes of our things that were stored in the loft space and return them after the work was done.

Work was carried out very professionally. The roofers were easy to communicate with and knew very well their job .

This is one gutter at the back taking water from three sides of the roof and the old one was dripping on the fence. I'd tried to repair it with silicon but it kept on dripping. So the guy from 5 Star came round and instantly said that silicon doesn't work and the way is replace the seal or the gutter. This is a deep gutter so we replaced the gutter in a morning and I've just been out in the teeming rain to check it and it's not dripping at all. Success! Nigel

Absolutely recommend. Alfred and Adam were extremely polite and professional, explaining exactly where our problems stemmed from - after properly investigating, & also providing supporting videos of findings. They explained clearly what they would do to fix the problems, and gave helpful insights and tips on maintenance in the long term. Here's a firm leading with honesty and integrity, and a desire to do a job properly and quoting fair prices. The reviews speak for themselves!
