  Terry from five oaks did everything he said he would, for the price agreed and on time. Everything I could have hoped for I got a good feeling from Terry immediately. He communicated well and his reviews were all positive He applied for the pavement licence and kept me informed about it The scaffolding came down the day after the job was completed I’ll use him again if I need scaffolding

  Very happy with Terry from Five Oaks. I chose him because of the reviews, his communication and quote. He immediately responded asking for further information and pictures. I received a couple of similar quotes and a few higher ones. He arranged the pavement licence and kept me up to date with the application. He did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it, at the price we agreed. Exactly what I was hoping for
