  I recently hired this plumber to replace a tile and carry out pipework and waste pipe installation for a new sink, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with. They arrived on time, explained the work clearly, and completed everything to a high standard. The workmanship was excellent—everything was fitted neatly, works perfectly, and the attention to detail shows. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust, and this was a genuinely positive experience. I’d recommend them for any plumbing work.

  Brilliant Bathroom Renovation – Professional from Start to Finish

  Gordon did a brilliant job. What impressed me as much as the final result, though, was his professionalism throughout. Every day he explained clearly what had been done and what was planned next, checked details with me, and gave clear, confident advice when I asked for it. It felt collaborative and very well managed. He was consistently clean, tidy, friendly and highly productive, and I couldn’t fault the overall service.

  Another Great Experience

  We've just returned from an extended overseas trip and arranged for FITnFIX to restore the water and heating systems, which they had previously drained down. An appointment was arranged for a couple of days before our return with a friend providing access. The work was carried in a comprehensive and timely manner as was a follow-up visit to deal with an air lock that subsequently developed. An excellent firm who are my first point of call for all plumbing and heating works. Polite and knowledgeable operatives, fair prices, helpful admin - not sure what else they could do.

  Speedy, knowledgeable and affordable

  I had a mysterious leak under my flooring that was creating damp and mold, Will came over to investigate and found the source almost immediately! He was very clear and informative about what the issue was and what he was doing to fix it. In under two hours he had found the leak (behind the toilet under a sealed counter), fixed it, replaced a seal, vacuumed up all the excess water and sealed the counter back up - great job!

  Good work

  The taps in our bathroom were not working properly, so we called FitnFix as we had used them before and were very happy with the work. Plumber arrived on time, very courteous. Took shoes off at the front door. Tried to fix the problem, but due to the type of tap we had, he had to order in some specialist spares. Came back the following week and fixed the taps. They now work beautifully. FitnFix kept us updated on when the plumber would be back.
