I've used First Plumb before and I wouldn't go anywhere else, the workmanship is fantastic, there time keeping is impeccable, prices are very fair and great value for money, they always clean up after every job I've had done, great friendly guys, thanks liam and Rico, fantastic job yet again and we're over the moon with it

good result, informative and helpful

The plumber co-ordinated really well with the downstairs neighbour, before and after the job and double checked everything was OK. The plumber also removed and replaced the floorboards (at my request & my liability) with a near-perfect job that made it look like they were never taken up. I'm very happy with the service, timing and repair itself. I would recommend to others.

I had a very good experience with First Plumb when they came to do my gas safety certificate. The engineer was professional, and very thorough in checking everything. The service was quick and efficient, and I received my certificate promptly. I highly recommend them for anyone needing gas safety checks. Reliable, friendly, and great value for money!

I recently had a full bathroom remodel. Liam instantly knew what needed done and how to do it. As the work progressed, he realised that it was left in a state. Liam sorted the entire room out and remodeled the whole room. I 100% can say I'm not sure I've ever had someone as reliable and trustworthy as Liam & Rico come to do work in the house. The bathroom that we have now is absolutely stunning. Liam went over and above several times to ensure that it all matched the vision. Absolutely over the moon with everything.

Tommy provided an excellent service from start to finish. He initially visited to review the job and gave clear advice on pricing and the time required for completion. His timekeeping was first class, and his communication was brilliant throughout the process. The job involved flushing the water tank, replacing the immersion heater, and fixing a faulty washer, all of which were carried out to a high standard. I’m totally super happy with the work—great quality at a very good cost. Overall, an excellent service and a 1st class customer experience. Highly recommended!
