Martin was excellent from the start. We discussed the issue over message, was quick at responding, answering all of our questions and transparent on costings. Martin arrived and assessed the situation within a couple of minutes, and the work was completed in about 30 minutes max. Communication was great, he informed my wife clearly about what he was doing and provided guidance both verbally and written once the work was carried out. Highly recommend Martin - great guy and a true professional.

Found a Wasp nest in garden whilst carrying out gardening. Went on checkatrade and with a matter of minutes had a reply from Martin. Sent pictures, received reply soon after giving me a date and time when the removal could be completed. Day of job received message to say on way, job completed took away nest also gave detailed description and what to expect. Would highly recommend, professional service with great customer care.

Communication was very good and he was very punctual. He explained what he was going to do and did it. We now wait a couple of days to see if the wasps have all perished. Cost was mid range and acceptable. Would use again if needed.
