Martin was excellent from start to finish. Good communication, honest about the problem resolution, with a friendly manner and offering great customer service. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Martin has twice advised me on wasp problem in my loft. He always gets back to me on the same day, and gives reassuring advice, based on thorough understanding and knowledge of the subject. He is really approachable and clearly wants to help in the most practicable way. Thanks to his advice, I have not yet needed to meet Martin, but I feel confident he is totally genuine and trustworthy in the services he provides.

Martin responded promptly to my request for the removal of a wasp nest on our lawn. He stated he could do the work, but added that it would die naturally in the coming weeks and that this course of action would of course be free! It’s gestures like these that differentiate quality tradesmen from the (many) others. I will be saving his contact details and contacting Martin again when we have another requirement for his services…

Martin replied to my email enquiry immediately, he explained the context of the problem and advised me on what simple steps to take to alleviate the problem. It seems it might be only a temporary problem which is seasonal. I have done as he advised and will follow his guidance. Hopefully all will be well, but if not I am reassured that I can contact Martin again if needed. He clearly knows his business and explains and advises in a friendly tone and manner. I chose to contact this company because they don’t harm bees, so glad I did. Thank you Martin.

I contacted Martin after he had responded to my request on Checkatrade. He gave me some very valuable information about bees, wasps and their habits. Martin is obviously very knowledgable about bees and wasps and l will be contacting First Pest control if the bees/wasps don’t disappear on their own, as Martin suggested.

Martin sorted my wasp problem today, he was very knowledgeable, friendly & reasonably priced. Very grateful, look forward to being able to use my front door again. Thank you.
