My dishwasher broke down & I called First Line Repairs. The gentleman explained the likely cause & advised the approximate cost. He also asked the age of the dishwasher (10-11 years). He then explained that while he was confident he could repair the machine, given its age, I might want to consider getting a new one instead. Which is what I have done. Top marks for honesty. Next time I need a repair on white goods, this is the company I'll contact first.

Quick, tidy and polite. What more could you want?

Tom visited and assessed the problem with the oven and grill. He ordered the necessary parts and, when they arrived and I was available, he visited again (today). He fitted the new parts and tested them and I now have a working oven and grill. Tom was polite and pleasant, tidy and efficient - and, I’m pleased to say, mended my oven.
