I had a broken oven light which I couldn’t remove. Tom visited very promptly, managed to remove the light and replace it. Extremely efficient! Would recommend highly.

Unable to cancel the child lock on my washer dryer in spite of reading manual, watching YouTube etc. Engineer said he was in area, that his call out fee was normally £60 but that it would be £30 if a quick fix was possible. Also said he could get replacement circuit board next day if necessary. On my doorstep in 10 minutes and quick fix (pressing different button) cured problem

Washing machine repair completed in quick time at a reasonable price. Good value for money, very happy with the service and carried out by a really nice bloke. Would recommend.

I called for help as Yon previously fixed our dishwasher. He came round the following morning, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and fitted it as soon as it arrived. It’s working brilliantly ! Thank you

My dishwasher broke down & I called First Line Repairs. The gentleman explained the likely cause & advised the approximate cost. He also asked the age of the dishwasher (10-11 years). He then explained that while he was confident he could repair the machine, given its age, I might want to consider getting a new one instead. Which is what I have done. Top marks for honesty. Next time I need a repair on white goods, this is the company I'll contact first.
