First for Locks Kevin was terrific. Within a couple of hours of my phone call, on a Saturday afternoon, he was round mine, he'd diagnosed the issue, fitted a new part, and my problem was solved, just like that, at a totally reasonable price.

I'm locked out, dog locked in!

I had originally called another company (national one) who said they would come and then let me down, so phoned Kevin. He arrived promptly, quickly got me back into the house and removed the broken lock that had failed. All work done quickly and without fuss or mess. Highly recommended.

Kevin was with us in record time, was curtious and professional and completed the renewal of locks to our entrance door and rear French doors plus kitchen windows very quickly completing a very professional and quality job. I went out with the dog,I left the key indoors bye mistake, my doors automatic lock so of course I was locked out with the dog I also had food coming and I had nowhere to go I was so stressed I really dint think there was gonna be anyone available 7 pm on a Sunday night . I searched on google the best locksmith near me, came up with this gentlemen I rang he came withing 25 mins and got me back in straight away ! Was kind and generous. It was a decent price I would definitely recommend.
