  Jack and his apprentice attended across two days resolving an issue short term and then permanently on return. We had other issues too, which Jack did not hesitate to volunteer to resolve for us. Very considerate, great value for money and genuinely nice guys too!

  Jack responded very promptly to the request from check a trade, with his call coming in within moments of the form being completed. Stuart also communicated well and arrived promptly - job was completed in good time and came with lots of expert advice for future work.

  Blocked drain clearance

  We recently had a blocked drain issue and unfortunately another company we called out beforehand couldn’t clear it. Feeling pretty frustrated, we then contacted First Fix Drain services — and that’s when everything changed. When Jack arrived, we immediately knew we were dealing with a true professional. He quickly assessed the situation and had the drain completely unblocked in less than 60 minutes, which was incredible after the previous company failed. I would recommend first fix to anyone and definitely use again brilliant service from start to finish
