Very speedy response and all fully explained. They were superb and I cannot recommend them enough.

We were having surface water issues. Mark and his team came along and diagnosed the issue and gave us options regarding management. We decided to move forward with a new soakaway. The work was completed to our satisfaction. The guys were very polite and helpful and left the garden in as good a condition as possible given the disruptive extent of the work required. A few months after the work was completed we had a day of very heavy rain and one of the inspection grids came loose. We contacted the company and they came out within 3 days and resolved the issue completely.

Responsive enough, and came same day. But I was shocked by the price, which seems to me a rip-off, £264 for a simple 30-minute drain unblock.

Mark and his team came out the same day were very customer focused, put me at ease over the phone and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Drains were severely blocked, rang First Drainage attended within an hour or so, un-blocked the drain with high pressure hose and cleaned up. Great job - thanks.

Would really recommend them. An engineer came out within an hour of me calling. The job turned out to be more complicated than anticipated but they persevered, with 2 additional engineers coming to help. All were really polite and friendly. They managed to solve the issue. Left everywhere really tidy. And it was good value for money.
