Very easy to deal with & arrange. The Engineer turned up on time, and was a very pleasant guy. He explained things clearly and demonstrated what was wrong with the system and why it had gone off after a power cut. We are taking out a contract with this company over two years. I would certainly recommend them

I went out forgetting i had a appointment but no problem quick ring by a lovely gentleman and I came back asap 'sorry' . The 2 gents did their work quietly and considerately and cleanly as well. Lovely job well done
