Annual maintenance. I have used this firm for years as they took over the service contracts from the previous company that had installed the system in our house. They have always been reliable, thorough and efficient and do just what is required. No issues have occurred with the system so I have not needed to call them in an emergency.

Completely satisfactory service from an engineer we had met on previous occasions. Similar good experience before the visit with alarm firm's office staff being most helpful in arranging appointment at time and date most suitable to us.

First Contact Fire & Security service our house alarm annually. The technician is always polite,on time and very thorough he always takes the time to update us on what he has done during his visit and is a credit to his company. First Contact are contactable 24/7 if a problem were to arise and are very reasonably priced for all year round peace of mind.
