James and team were prompt friendly and gave good feedback. Very speedy service - replied quickly and scheduled and did job quickly.

James and the team from First Class roofing in Portsmouth have been fantastic. A very clean and prompt job including working over the weekend. We had PVC Soffits, facias and guttering done, along with new felts and battons on both sides of the house. James was always available for communication and the lads took a lot of photos of the project which kept us updated.

James was very quick to reply and the first to check the guttering repair providing me a very reasonable quote (£400 cheaper than another tradesman) He was very polite, professional, did the job the next day and have had no problems with guttering since with the heavy rain. i would 100% reccommend him for your roofing repairs. Thankyou!

James was really quick off the markand quoted instantly. James was flexible about fitting the guttering work in around my schedule and had the work completed tidily within a week of first contact despite the weather being unhelpful. He also spotted and showed photos of some other problems that need attention elsewhere on the roof

James was prompt to contact me to arrange an assessment of the job (cast iron downpipes on side of house leak (at joints) when it rains and need replacement. James checked that they were clear, and advised me that he has temporarily sealed the joints but I will need replacement pipework in parts (which I was expecting). James was friendly and quick/efficient and I'm hoping that the quote for the longer-term solution will be in keeping with my expectations.
