Thomas sent a young lad round to complete a small gutter repair. The work was completed efficiently and Thomas was on the phone to check it through as the worker was less experienced at doing jobs on his own.

Thomas was excellent. He did some excellent work for us last year re. repointing, replacing tiles, fitting chimney caps, etc. This year we noticed a random broken tile and one piece of guttering was leaky. We called Thomas as a return customer and he fixed all the issues in a matter of days. He was fair and transparent and the quotes and took videos to show things clearly on the roof. Thomas and his team worked so hard on the hottest week of the year so far to completely strip and replace our roof. He was always around answering our questions and showing us the progress with photographs and videos. They all worked very hard and were very polite and courteous.
