  First Class Property Maintenance Ltd recently completed a decorating project for us, which included painting our master bedroom. We were so impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. They arrived on time every day, worked diligently, and kept the work area clean and tidy throughout the process. The team was friendly and easy to communicate with, and they clearly understood our vision. The job was completed to a very high standard and within the agreed timeframe.   We’ve been using Matt for over 10 years now, always been reliable, tidy, with an excellent attention to detail. The most recent was October last year. Have recommended to multiple friends who have also been delighted.

  I used first class property maintenance twice now . On my old house before I sold it and then again on my new house after I had moved in . I found Chris and matt to be friendly and reliable . They completed the work to a very high standard and completed on the timescale given . Overall very happy and would use the company again in the future .
