Very disappointed with overall work. Even though Steve came on time on the installation day, the final work didn’t meet expectations. As soon as he left, I’ve shared with him a picture of the front gate, as there was a significant gap, which he mentioned it was going to expand, and it shrank, so that door was not lockable. Then the back door got unhinged. I’ve messaged him many times to request him to come and kept promising that he would come to fix these, but he didn’t appear. Finally he came, but still the issues persist. I’m very disappointed with the service!!

I am extremely disappointed with the poor quality of the work carried out on my rental property, The garden gate and lock were installed incorrectly ( permanently locked ) and rubbish left behind, the job is clearly not up to an acceptable standard. Despite my repeated phone calls and messages, completely failed to respond., his communication is unacceptable.
