  Very professional from the time of quote to completion. John and his team are friendly and hardworking. They were very mindful of keeping my pets safe and secure while work was carried out. The standard of workmanship is nothing short of perfection and I would highly recommend them. We are so pleased with the finished product that we will be getting them back to quote for new facia boards to go with our lovely new windows. Thank you so much John.

  Security shutters and door locks

  I had a great experience with First Class Home Improvements. Tom arrived at my property at short notice, he was friendly, honest, and prompt throughout the entire process. He installed security windows and locks with great attention to detail, and his communication was excellent from start to finish. I really appreciated how straightforward and reliable he was.   Highly Recommended for Replacement Windows

  We had a couple uPVC windows installed and we have been very pleased with all aspects of First Class Home Improvements. We also had a quote from another local window company and First Class provided a much faster service at a better price. The quality of the windows appears to be excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

  Replaced Window Hinges

  John answered my request promptly, as he lives near me he popped round to measure the hinges and gave me a quote. Initially agreed the repair will be done this Saturday, but an hour or so later he called to say he has the parts can he pop round to replace them. I was very happy for him to do that.   Replace Bifolding glass panel

  A very professional job , communication from start to finish was first class and John delivered on what promised . He took the extra time to ensure the glass tint was matched by paying an extra visit with samples . The workmanship was fantastic and he ensured he tidied up after he was done.   John was very quick to respond to our request for a quote. He helped to explain our options and offered a competitive quote which we accepted. He delivered on fitting on time. The work was completed very professionally and, overall, we are very pleased with the result.
