I cannot praise Will and his team highly enough. After a few "repairs" to our roof, I went into the loft, saw the result and contacted Will. He arrived very quickly and confirmed my suspicions, about the previous repairs, and he quoted for a full refelting. He explained what would be needed and how it would be done and we agreed to go ahead. The work was started the following day, despite it being a Saturday, regular updates with pictures and videos were provided during the work, which have been sent to me to keep as well.
