We had a problem with the first floor plastic gutter, which was leaking water whenever there was significant rain. First Choice had previously replaced our roof and we were impressed with their work, so we asked if they could have a look at this. Sam responded immediately and a couple of his team came round soon after. They cleared the gutter of moss and replaced a section that had deteriorated. They explained the work clearly and were pleasant and helpful throughout.

Sam and his team have replaced my house roof in September and have just completed my flat roof. I would have no hesitation in recommending his company. The lads are tidy and respectful. I am recently Widowed and having to deal with house repairs isn’t easy, but Sam’s company gave me confidence, always at the end of the phone, if he can’t speak at that moment says will ring back and he always does. Great company to deal with.

Sam and his colleague came to the house to inspect an old roof and quote. They were very professional, easy to talk to and gave confidence that any issues could be corrected. Mark and James did the work in a very professional and approachable way. They arrived on time and worked very hard. Customer service with Sam was excellent, with before and after pictures and explanation that allowed the work to run very smoothly. Needed to call them again over a blocked downpipe. All the work was done to a very high standard. Sam and his team are very professional, reliable, very good communication and kept me updated all the way to completion of the job. Even sending me pictures of the work before and after the work was done. Would highly recommend First Choice Roofing to anyone needing their roof fixed. Very happy customer.

Sam was very professional in the way he managed negotiations and kept me aware of what his workers were doing . He sent photos of the job being carried out during each stage:- removing the tiles, batons and replacing with new membrane , batons, tiles. soffit and down pipes. There were eight staff members employed on the job, hence ensuring the roof was replaced within a day.. I cannot fault what i have seen and would recommend him to my own family and friends.
