  Disappeared after taking our money – avoid at all costs

  Since we paid in March they have ignored us and changed from a roofing company to a driveways company with new phone numbers. Job was to repair a flat roof. Poor workmanship with no care taken, we're worried about leaks as roof felt is falling off. They cracked a skylight, reinstalled others incorrectly and tar stained the glass, used and damaged our things without asking, dropped tools through skylights damaging our floor, covered our house in tar as workers didn't bring sheets. Promised a 15-year guarantee but never sent it after being paid, scaffolding is still up blocking our drive. Avoid.

  Slipped and Missing Tile Repair, attic lining repair

  These guys are fast, punctual, comprehensive, have attention to detail, aand are great value for money. They noticed additional tiles that needed fixing and did them for no additional cost, and also made the effort to check their work when they were finished to make sure everything was done properly. Highly recommend.

  Pitch roof repair - new felt and fixed chimney

  Jack from first choice was exceptional, he’s very professional and the team came out quickly and quoted accurately for what was a very complex group of repairs for an old property. They did some extra work for us and even came out a second time to check something with great communication throughout. They put our minds at ease and were very affordable, will definitely be booking again for any future repairs. Very reliable!

  Flat roof on house and garage

  The guys were really friendly, answered all questions and explained in detail what they would do. Worked non stop all day to get the work done. Took care of my property amd surroundings. Will definitely use again.

  Rapid roof replace due to leak

  I recently contacted First Choice Roofing for a leaking roof. Unfortunately, the roof needed replacing as the wood underneath had started rotting—it was just its time. James and his team were fantastic, surveying the issue the same day and starting the work just a few days later. They completed everything to an excellent standard, worked quickly, and kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated since I was away at the time. The price was very reasonable for the quality of work provided, and the 15-year guarantee gives me great peace of mind. Superb service—10/10

  Replace rooflights and re-felt flat roof

  An excellent company. Jack, James and James were very friendly, courteous, always on time and they do a great job! Throughout the work, the guys were very clear about what was needed, when and how they would go about it. All work was done as advised and I am really pleased with the job. Timeliness, quality, communication - top marks for all of these! And Jack, James and the team made sure everything was completely tidied up after the job was done. Definitely recommend them to anyone and will engage these guys if I need work in the future.
