  Great service

  This is the second time I have used First Choice Fencing. This time they replaced the back fence removing the old wooden fence and replacing with concrete posts and gravel boards. The job was all completed in one day and was invoiced as per quotation. FCF called the day before installation to check all was ok and then called again, the morning of the work to let us know they were on their way. I have them booked in again to do some further fencing one side of the garden. Good company offering a great service.

  New fencing installed and old fencing taken away

  A very good service from the initial quote to the installation. They phoned 30 minutes before arriving and cracked on with the job quickly. Really impressed with communication, the quality of the work and the fencing supplied. Really good price as well. I would highly recommend.

  Replacement fence panels

  The team replaced my fence panels in December - the work and communication was fantastic. Subsequently a fence panel has come loose and I have tried reaching the company for months via phone/voicemail/text/email to no response - actually to the point where I've questioned whether they're still in business . Check a trade is now helping me file a claim to get this sorted. So while their work is very good the aftercare is terrible. I have been very reluctant to write this review due to the fact I had been very happy with their work - I've just now run out of options to get this rectified.

  This has been a genuine case where communication has been missed. We have been extremely busy the past few month. The customers' emails went into our junk/spam. We never received any voicemails and the mobile is on divert to the landline. However our phone line is internet based and the connectivity in our area is pretty poor. We are in the process of getting fibre installed to prevent this problem re-occurring. We have scheduled to attend the client's property tomorrow to rectify the issue with the fence. All covered under our after care service/warranty. We have apologised and the matter is being dealt with.
