  New skirting board to fit in with existing skirting board after rising damp work

  I chose Steve through Checkatrade. I needed new skirting board in half of my living room, whilst matching it to the remaining skirting. Steve arrived to do the work when he said he would, he worked calmly and thoroughly and did a very good quality job. He matched the new skirting board brilliantly with the old and did an extra bit of work to ensure the carpets would fit back well. Steve was very polite and courteous and tidied up well after himself. I would definitely employ him for future work and did explore some potential new work opportunity with him.

  Fixed squeaky floorboards!

  Steve was very thorough in fixing lots of squeaky floorboards and a couple of extra carpentry jobs whilst in the house. Very fairly priced, tidy and respectful. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

  Fitted alcove cabinets and shelves

  Steve was efficient, polite and great with communication from the get go. He came to the house to give us a quote before booking a date in for the work and whilst working here was extremely tidy and clean. We love our cabinets and shelves thank you!

  Absolutely fantastic. Steve was super- helpful from start to finish, taking time to listen to my requirements and share the benefit of his wealth of experience. A pleasure to have around the house and SO tidy, quite literally amazing. I’ll definitely be working with Steve again in the future.

  Staircase, Doors, Cupboards, Skirting, Architrave and more

  Steve has carried out a number of carpentry projects at our house over the last year and we couldn't recommend him highly enough! The workmanship has been excellent, he's incredibly tidy and trustworthy. He's made great suggestions to improve the project and has accommodated us as we've navigated our 'doer-upper'. We'll definitely be asking him back as we continue. Thanks Steve!

  Rehanging exterior front door
