Highly recommend Firstaid Plumbing & Heating! I’ve used Dave multiple times now for a variety of plumbing and heating jobs I couldn’t be happier with the results. He fitted a new bathroom to a high standard with zero issues, his attention to detail is exceptional, especially when it comes to bathroom installations. Dave also replaced our boiler and relocated it into the loft & handled the removal of old gas fires and radiators etc. Throughout each job, his professionalism and expertise have been great The work carried out by Firstaid Plumbing & Heating has always been of the highest quality!

Dave responded to my enquiry through the checkatrade app instantly. Answered my questions and gave clear instructions on what he was offering for the price quoted, which was reasonable. Came and did the service within the week on the day i requested. Did the job, no mess. Cant fault.

The job included retiling and replacing a single toilet room. The work was of the highest quality done by 2 very pleasant people. The price was commensurate with the quality of the finish. Written quote with payment on completion. Communication was not the best. That said the quality of the work means that I have commissioned the complete replacement of my shower room No hesitation in recommending Dave to anyone wanting a quality finish.

I have been using this engineer for about 5 years and he always does an excellent job servicing the gas boiler. He clearly knows what he is doing and is very thorough.

Very professional, gave step by step update and described failure and how he was repairing the issue. Neat and tidy work.
