Ray and his team were really professional and reliable. They turned up everyday and were fully committed to the job. I felt really comfortable with them all and appreciated that they just got on with the job and needed hardly anything from me. This allowed me to just get on with my normal working life without having to worry about them. Ray is full of knowledge and this put my mind at ease with any questions I had. I even have a guarantee now the work is done and in my opinion is extra assurance of support if ever needed after the work is complete- showing further commitment.

We woke to water leaking through an upstairs light fitting which is obviously not what anyone needs! We rang Ray at Firm Fix and he answered straight away despite it being 7.30am. He was with us just a few hours later and identified the leak was coming from the chimney stack. Incredibly the work was done the following day. We can not fault Ray and his team, and will be recommending to everyone locally. Thank you!

Great service - would highly recommend! We had a leak in our roof, so called Firm Fix after finding them online. Ray came out the same day to do a thorough inspection on the roof and the loft, and found the issue. Him and his team did a great job when they came back to fix it. More than happy with the work - quick work, good price and lovely service, respectful and friendly.

Had a drip in bedroom ceiling when raining. Couldn't find issue when I inspected attic. Posted job on CheckaTrade Friday lunchtime, Firm Fix contacted me that afternoon to arrange a site early Saturday, when the cause was identified and a ballpark price was provided. Work was undertaken on Monday morning in a couple of hours; price was similar to the ballpark. Another issue was identified and fixed at the same time. Service was prompt, friendly and informed. They listened to what I wanted/needed and offered appropriate solutions. Price was competitive
