  Replacement of original fit gas fire when house was built in 1999. (Parts no longer available).

  Visited Showroom on Monday morning, appointment to survey the fireplace arranged for the afternoon, Dave carried out the survey as promised, then was able to offer a fire from stock, appointment made for Wednesday late afternoon to fit the new fire. The new fire was fitted and tested as promised, no mess, no hassle. From entering the shop on Monday morning to thanking Dave as he left our house on Wednesday evening we were met with smiles by Steph and Dave. Many businesses could learn from this couple that customer satisfaction is all important.

  Woodburner installation with decorative surround hearth and granite grate

  Fireplace removal and log burner installation

  The team at Firestyles went above and beyond when installing. Dave, Matt and Nathan worked so quickly and efficiently and we're a pleasure to work with. Steph was great with the organization side of things. When I say they went above and beyond, they managed to sniff out a dangerous gas leak from our neighbors house whilst at ours and called out the gas engineers to get it sorted. Would highly recommend them.

  Gas fire fitting

  Arrived on time, very polite, clean and tidy. Had the woodburner taken out the soot from the flue pipe went on the paths it was swept up and washed down. Mantlepiece Arrived in the shop as they were leaving two came back within the hour to fix it on. Would recommend this company for their work.
