  Andy did a boiler service for the first time for me, having used a different company for several years. I’d also flagged another issue I wanted advice on options. Really happy with the work and advice provided. Although mainly a service only, Andy effectively checked other issue was fine at no extra cost. Will definitely use Andy again and recommend to others.

  New boiler and heating

  We had our boiler replaced and heating modernised by Firefly Heating and couldn’t be happier. Andy took real care understanding our home and found smart solutions others missed. Ed handled the tricky install brilliantly, even driving 90 minutes to get the correct part so it was done properly. Both were friendly, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. We’re thrilled with the result and highly recommend them.
