    Boiler service + repair to central heating

    Arrived at the property at arranged day & time (important for me because I had an hour drive to get there - a relative's house). Jake got on the job straight away & resolved the problem of the radiators not heating up (a valve not working). Following the service he supplied a gas safe certificate - important because the house was to be sold.

    Lost pressure on boiler.

    Lost pressure on boiler before bank hols so needed sorting ASAP. Spoke to Fired up who managed to juggle appointments and come and sort job out very quickly.

    Installation of cold water tanks in loft

    The guys were always courteous, communicative and took enormous care to leave the house in good order, wearing covers over shoes etc so that was very much appreciated. The works were completed in good time and the quality was extremely good. Completely honest and trustworthy - we even received a discount from the original quote because not all materials had been used (something we wouldn't have known ourselves). All in all a great job and I would strongly recommend this customer-focussed firm.

    Replace two WC siphons and outside tap

    Charles phoned to say that he could arrive earlier than he'd booked and once on site quickly determined that the works were feasible. As there are so many models of WC cisterns it was a matter of finding new siphons that would fit and he went off to the local supplier for parts. Once back with the necessary parts he quickly got the job done, making no mess and leaving the work site clean and tidy. Both WCs now flush easily and the outside tap has been replaced. I am very pleased with the work done.
