Matt from Fired arrived early to service the fire. The fire was checked for CO and general operation and passed ok. The agreed price is what we paid. We have used Fired before and will get them back next year 2025 when the fire needs its safety check and service.

Matt was on time with the appointment. Thoroughly investigated all aspects of the gas fire to ensure it was working correctly. Took time to check the gas supply, the flue and the extraction pipework was expelling gases properly. Cleaned up well. Very pleased that the fire is now ready to go.

I cannot fault them, Matt repaired a gas fire we inherited when we moved into our property and had almost written off, the work was carried out to a very high standard, we were kept informed throughout, we will use him again.
