Fabulous customer service from start to end! Lewis was extremely efficient in initial visit to plan the work, and did not try to suggest any work that was above my needs. He also patiently reassured me they would not do anything that might disturb birds’ nest! Philip who came to prune my tree went above and beyond to do a fantastic job. He was generous with his time and ensured everything was the best it could be. My tree now looks great and is no longer invading my nice neighbours’ garden. I would definitely recommend this company!

Lewis dealt with all the necessary documentation with the council to gain the approval. He kept me in constant touch with the progress and his estimate was very competitive upon arrival on the day of the job him and his colleagues did a very efficient job and completed the job they promptly entirely and I was very pleased with the finished work. I would highly recommend Lewis for future work.

Came over to discuss what was needed. Very knowledgeable. Once we agreed what was needed they quickly sent over a quote. The boys who showed up knew exactly what was agreed and what was needed.No fuss. Showed up on time. Cleaned up after they finished. Fast and efficient. Fair price. I won't use anyone else again.

Lewis cancelled the original appointment to view my Beech tree he did keep the second appointment. Lewis seemed very knowledgeable about trees and the potential issue with my Beech Tree. Gave me a verbal quote for the job which he confirmed via WhatsApp. I decided to use another Tree Surgeon who gave me a much better price, he did not know what Lewis had quoted, plus this person was recommended by two people I know who had used his services before. So personal recommendations and cost were my deciding factors.

I spoke to Lewis on Thursday and the job was started and completed on Sunday Wanted to know exactly what I needed, advised me as to what could be done for the health of the tree and did it as we hoped. Turned up 15 minutes before they said they would but didn’t knock until the time arranged, which I like. Finished when they said with the drive and roadside swept and clean Very happy with the service, you get what you pay for with Fine Pruning 👍🏻
