Jakub’s workmanship is excellent. He turned up at the promised time and worked diligently until the job was finished. He cleaned up after himself and it was obvious to me that he’s very experienced at what he does. Peter has done a great job for Fineline. He called me, came to view the job, took details and explained what he would do. I don't drive so he collected the underlay and tiles from B&Q for me. The task of replacing a large deck and building a large staircase down to the lower garden was carried out to a very high standard. Initial quote was honoured with no extra charges, and Jakub kept me informed of progress throughout the build. Excellent work by a craftsman who is extremely capable. 100% satisfaction.
