Very quick and prompt service.

FineHeat were extremely quick to respond to my enquiry regarding gas boiler breakdown. Their technician visited the same day and confirmed the existing unit, over 20 years old, required replacement. They sent me an E. Mail later in the day with quotations for supply and installation of three models at competitive prices. I selected Glow-Worm and they booked the installation just two working days later. FineHeat's technician, Richard, reported promptly at 8am, laid plastic on all areas, including stairs. He completed work mid-afternoon. I was very impressed and highly recommend FineHeat.

Identified incorrect pipework at time of original fitting of system many years previous, corrected it, checked the system over, fitted new pump. The heating system has never worked so efficiently or quietly before!
