9 Garden tidy up

Main issue is with communication. For example not confirming times or assuming you can just be at home indefinitely waiting for a gardener to come. Didn't pick up the waste or finish the job at the agreed day, so not very reliable.Verified reviewerJob location: NN310 lawn mowing and weeding! 🌱✂️

We had a quote when we requested the work. £175 we were quoted which we accepted. One person came when he said it was a 2 man job. came and did some of the work, they left us with a more to do, and we had to message for the company to send someone back, then they said we need to pay £250, because we added jobs on, we didn’t. Mike, managed by Colin, did a fantastic job clearing and restoring a garden that hadn’t been touched in more than two years. The space was totally overgrown and difficult to manage, but Mike worked with great care and commitment to get it looking clean, safe, and manageable again. Colin kept everything organised and communicated clearly throughout. The team were professional, reliable, and respectful at all times.
