    The engineer (a man called Fatlum) from Finchley Appliances attended on time and mad an effort in finding out what the problem was with my Bosch washing machine. He seemed to be doing a proper in-depth opening up of all the components and in the end concluded that it would make financial sense to buy a new washing machine rather than spend money on the repairs. He explained everything to my satisfaction in terms of which components had broken or were worn out. He seemed believable in his diagnosis of what the problems with my washing machine were. I would recommend him.

    Fatlum was quick to contact me and keen to help in the time required. He kept in contact until the time he arrived too which was extremely helpful when you work in the day and need to get home for the repair. He was polite, and value for money. Definitely recommend.
