    Lost gas supply

    Initial phone call followed by very prompt site visit to investigate gas supply issue. Alex was helpful and knowledgeable and liaised with Cadent for us. Finbra are always very responsive and do a great job. Highly recommended.

    Hot water issues, fixed shower air lock and supplied and installed x2 radiator TRVs and lock shields

    Kieran was punctual and tidy. He came to our property a few times and we received great service start to finish. He fixed our issues with not having hot water, he fixed an air lock in our shower and supplied and installed x2 radiator TRVs and lock shields. The communication from Kieran and Joanna in the office were brilliant. We also dealt with Toby who was very helpful too. Prices were competitive and always clearly communicated prior to work starting.

    Air source heat pump and underfloor heating

    The worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Installed an underfloor heating system that didn’t work Incorrectly installed an air source heat pump - causing huge bills. Electrics later blew and had to be switched off for safety reasons. Failed to install radiators we paid towards or remove old oil tank. Walked away from job - owes us thousands and left us to pay thousands more to get system fixed!

    There are always two sides to every disagreement. We do not agree with many of the points you raise. We ask that future customers look at many positive reviews that have been left. You have currently not made payment towards the radiator installation or oil tank removal which is why this items have not been installed and removed. We engaged with you and Association of Plumbing & Heating Contractors (APHC) in an attempt to resolve this situation. APHC carried out a site inspection and found that the heat pump had been correctly installed. A conclusion to this matter was put to you but rejected. We do not wish to make any further comment
