We are thrilled with Final Finish Flooring! We chose Plusfloor LVT (Milan) for our lounge and hallway, and the process was seamless. In the showroom, Chloe was brilliant, using displays to help us visualize the product perfectly. Adam made the measuring and quoting stage easy and transparent. The installation by Russell was top-notch; he was professional, diligent, and left the house spotless. Very pleased with our new upstairs bedrooms and hallway carpet. Adam, who came to measure up, was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed seeing the new showroom which had a good range of choice. Russell, who fitted the carpet, was really polite, professional and helpful. I’m no expert but he seemed very experienced and competent. The fitting went very smoothly and was completed on time.
