We’re very happy with our experience with Fibrenow. Our network setup is quite technical, incorporating UniFi products like gateways and cloud keys, but Marc took the time to fully understand the issue. He not only resolved the problem while walking me through each step, but also provided clear recommendations for improvements moving forward. Marc was grest guy, kept us informed of what he was doing, how he went about his fault finding and what issues he found with our network. He then took his time to ensure that he correct the issue.
