We booked James to do a full asbestos survey of a large and complex former farm that we were in the process of buying (main house, outbuildings, extensions from different periods, assorted refurbishments over last 40+ years, Artex use, etc.). He was most helpful, communicative and courteous from the start, did an extremely thorough job and issued the full report bang on time (which was important as we were working to a completion deadline). He completed a thorough review of each room in our property and a full report followed in the few days after.
