They impressed with comprehensive knowledge of carpet types, their construction, appropriate cleaning methods, maintenance and pests. Their work (August 2024) was ten years after my last professional clean. They eliminated all but the worst stains, draught marks and furniture imprints, and made even the worst much less visible. The overall result was superb and far beyond my expectations based on the work of previous cleaners. A great range of modern equipment no doubt helped achieve it, including non-detergent cleaner that removed residue remaining from my last clean. We contacted Jamie at Fiber Fusion to enquire about having all of our carpets cleaned. He visited us to provide a quote and to explain the procedure and our options. We were happy to go ahead and Jamie returned this week. The results are amazing.
