Easter Monday our boiler decided to go on strike, no hot water or heating. On Tuesday ( today) we contacted Checkatrade and within a short time LER plumbing were in touch, giving a quote for the call out which we thought very reasonable. He arrived on time, phoned to say he was on his way first. The fan was knackered, he went and got a new one which was fitted and gave the boiler a good service. We were consulted at all times as to the work and what the final charge would be. He was great, polite and courteous, tidies up after himself and explained and showed us exactly what he had done.
