Quick to make contact and do the job. Even though I chose them because they had the lowest quote, I ended up paying much more than the other quotes because they misunderstood what I wanted. Thought we agreed on what was required as I wrote it but, when they finished, it was not what I wanted and and I felt I had no choice but to get the whole garden done by them which ended up costing much more than my budget...
