VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. I DID NOT FEEL LIKE HE WAS QUICKLY TRYING TO DO A QUICK JOB AND QUICKLY LEAVE, I COULD FEEL HOW HE WAS INSPECTING EVERY PART OF THE SYSTEM TO DOUBLE CHECK THE ROOT CAUSE OF THE ISSUES MY HOUSE IS HAVING. EXCELLENT SERVICE

I needed a boiler service and a CP12 certificate, and the engineer did a fantastic job. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. He also poured some inhibitor into my system which hasnt been done in the past and balanced my radiators as ive had issue with a few rads not getting as hot as the others. happy with the service and would definitely be recommending him!
