Sonny is a great guy, genuine and personable. I would highly recommend him as he was upfront about costs and delivered on everything that was agreed. I had other brickies quote the job who did not fancy doing the job properly and suggested shortcuts that would compromise quality. No such issues with Sonny from FFC Builders! He is experienced, skilled and takes pride in his work and will not shy away from hardwork to do a job properly. This was clearly demonstrated by him firstly cutting out all of the existing mortar before repointing my brickwork below DPC. Thanks Sonny.

After initial interaction regards job, Sonny visited to look at the job. My initial assessment of him was positive. He did not make a song and dance about giving a quote and was able to tell at the end of the visit what the cost was going to be. His pricing was fair. Due to bad weather date of job shifted twice. No issue as I was kept fully informed. Day of the job the work was done. The fact that Sonny told me to shut the windows to avoid dust going in plus the way he was checking for the cracks etc, just validated my choice of going with him. Positive experience and happy to recommend.

Communication with the company was excellent. Quite received was competitive and once agreed a date was fixed that was mutually convenient. Then the bad weather put a block on that date, but no problem in re-arranging for the work to be done within our timescale. The work was done efficiently and tidily and to our complete satisfaction. We will happily use this company again for further work we require.

We originally had some new stone lintels installed by Sonny and he did an excellent job. He has now installed a dried Oak porch with dwarf walls. He had to remove foundations, old crazy paving and steps. He and his team are exceptionally helpful and courteous. We made a mistake about the height of the dwarf walls and even though the Oak had been installed Sonny was more than willing to remove the porch frame and raise the walls. He's an excellent bricky and his team are very hard working - second to none.

Sonny and his assistant did a great job rebuilding our damaged garden wall. They were professional and courteous throughout and finished the job ahead of time to a high standard. Would definitely use them again if we ever need a bricklayer.

Sonny and his assistant gentle young man (I forgot to ask his name) worked hard from the Day 1 till its complete. Sonny gave me his suggestions and I am happy that I listened his advice and love the result. Four people, who walked pass our front garden while I was cleaning, congratulated me for having the beautiful wall. It gives a lot value to our house. Thanks again for the great job and we will definitely hire them for the next project.
