Garage quick to collect car. Job not completed on day advised which led to allot of unnecessary waiting around and messing about for us in terms of organising collection. Car collected day later. Car broke down on the Sunday evening. Ferrol motors responded to check a trade request promptly on the Monday morning. Recovery was required and arrived to pick up vehicle within a couple hours and could fit the vehicle in to be looked at on the Tuesday. Call received on the Tuesday morning to confirm what the issue with the vehicle was and how it would be fixed. Job was completed quickly and efficiently and Andy who kept me up to date with info over the phone was very friendly and professional. As per title. Job done sooner than several other mechanics offered. Far for me but worth the journey. Call back as promised. All done within timeframe stated. Also, and this was a surprise, they answer questions. Many mechanics don’t want to or don’t have time to. I will be coming back. Appointment for a diagnostic check within an hour of the call. They had a look at all things I pointed out in the car, while fixing what they could as well as arranging a time slot a few days later for the bigger jobs.
