  What an amazing removal company, from start to finish. Paul came out to visit our property that we were selling and provided a competitive price, I’d had 5 quotes in total, some were similar to Ferriday & Alder but I felt from the start that Paul was professional and knew the business. The crew arrived on time, were extremely polite and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Our furniture went into storage for 3 weeks until our new home was ready. All our furniture and belongings arrived safely and in perfect condition after being in storage, and the move in went as smoothly as the move

  Paul and his team were very professional and extremely helpful right from the quote to the final move. I was actually ill on the day, so was of little help, but that didn’t deter them. They also helped to keep an eye on my elderly mother (the client), making sure she didn’t do anything, a mammoth task in its own right. Their lorries were very clean and in good condition. Everyone was very polite and also sharing the odd joke (sorry, but some of them were really bad). For something I normally find anxiety-inducing, the whole experience was made positive. Thank you!

  Packing was fast and efficient and the majority of items travelled safely with no damage. The company was very helpful when our anticipated completion dates changed several times and did their best to be available when needed.

  Easy to contact, clear quote and were able to adjust when dates changed. Removers on the day were friendly and very efficient. Made for as little stress as possible when moving such a long way.
