Dan arrived within the time slot. Towel warmer fitted, an excellent job

From Denise in the office to the team (Peter, Tom, Dan) who did the work, we were impressed with all aspects of the job: prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and respectful of us and our property. At every stage they were happy to explain what was happening, and tidied up at the end of the day. The follow-up service for minor matters was good too.

The engineers were very courteous and minimised the disruption to our house during the switch from traditional vented boiler/heating system to a combi boiler. They kept us apraised at each step and at each day. Very little mess considering the amount of pipework required for the change over.

I cannot fault them - the job was completed in 2 days with the minimum of fuss. A new boiler as my previous Worcester Bosch was 19 years old! and 4 new replacement radiators. No mess and all rubbish removed. As I had suffered a stroke in April I was unable to get on the floor and relight the pilot light on the fire so I phoned and on the third morning they came back to do this and were most concerned to check that it was completely safe when the gas supply was turned back on.

workmen arrived in the time zone agreed, were polite and carried out the job cleanly.
