I requested some quotes to have a survey carried out to see if my partition wall was load bearing. Unfortunately I wasn't able to proceed with the survey. But was very impressed with the communication throughout and were there to be a change of circumstances I wouldn't hesitate contacting Fern Building Surveyors Ltd as they were very professional, understanding and polite.
