I was really impressed by Fern building surveyors. The communication from Molly and the survey done by Jason. He was punctual and pleasant and went out of his way to get the report to me quickly, as the survey was needed before my father came back to the property from a nursing home. I requested some quotes to have a survey carried out to see if my partition wall was load bearing. Unfortunately I wasn't able to proceed with the survey. But was very impressed with the communication throughout and were there to be a change of circumstances I wouldn't hesitate contacting Fern Building Surveyors Ltd as they were very professional, understanding and polite.
