Billy was both the quickest to respond to my request and the most thorough during the quoting check (he was the only roofer to actually go up onto the roof and attic to inspect the areas that we wanted addressed, take pictures of areas that needed work to show us what needed to be done and double-check he had covered everything before he left) His price was reasonable and he was able to fit us in within a week of accepting the quote. On the day, he made sure to take the time to explain what he would do and when. At the end, he showed me the work we could see from the ground and photos.

We're really happy with the repairs and level of communication throughout. Billy was quick to come over, check the problem and give us a quote. He take us through the issues he'd found and how he'd repair them. He completed the work quickly and to a high standard, and then showed us pictures of how he'd made the repairs. We would definitely use him again and highly recommend.

Arrived on time for both the quote and repair work and easy to communicate with. On review of the job very kindly did a quick fix to avoid further rain damage until we could have the work done fully.

Very clear communication throughout the process. When giving initial quote actually went up to inspect what needed doing. Flexible in terms of arranging the job. Gave a clear and reasonable quote, was happy to adjust when work was not quite as extensive as first thought. Work was completed to a very high standard. They were a pleasure to deal with throughout. I can't recommend Billy highly enough. He is friendly, polite, punctual, and most importantly, he did a great job on our garage roof. From the detailed quote through to cleaning up afterwards, Billy was a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to use Fernbank Roofing again.
