Very professional in all aspects

Happy with service. Oliver came when he said he would. Good communication. Repaired 2 toilets. One needed adjustment for overfilling. The other needed new inners in tank. Took about one hour including fetching parts. Happy with cost. Would use him again.

Ollie Ferguson was very pleasant, polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. He went into the loft and replaced the stop valve on the hot water tank because it was not working. I asked if he could replace the kitchen tap because it was dripping. He looked at the tap and said he could do it now rather than him having to do it at a later date. I am very pleased with the work Ollie has carried out and I highly recommend him for his work and polit manner. Thank you Ollie.
