Michael, the owner, responded quickly to my initial request online and arranged a telephone call to discuss my requirements - during which he offered advice and options. He quoted promptly and was more than happy to adapt it to my revised needs and budget. The work was scheduled quickly and completed on time, in one day. He is a truly professional tradesman. He is completely customer-focussed, flexible, honest and a very personable individual. I'm an totally satisfied by the work and how it was carried out and would use his services again. Thoroughly recommend.

Honest and hard working, stayed to make sure that the job was finished that day despite delays out of their control.

Punctual, knowledgeable, and really well priced. we needed a combi boiler installed, old boiler and tanks removed, and new shower installed. the guys got the lot done in 2 days. we also had 1 rad that wasn't working and after a powerflush it's running again. they setup a new opemtherm thermostat and I could not be happier with how well it's all working

Michael responded to the request on check a trade promptly and the quote was acceptable. He fit us in quickly and turned up when expected. The work was completed efficiently even though he had to go out and buy some further materials in order to complete it. Michael was friendly and helpful throughout and left everything tidy and clean when he had finished. I would recommend him and will certainly use this company again.
